Directions from the M40 - J11 -

Follow signs to the A422 Banbury/Wroxton. Go straight over every roundabout (5).
At the 6th roundabout, turn Right (still following signs to Wroxton). At the top of the hill,
turn Left at the Traffic Lights. Go past Drayton School and turn Left into Bretch Hill.
Then turn first Left into Trinity Close, then take right hand fork and we're on the right hand side, No. 16.

Directions from the M40 - J12 -

Follow signs to Gaydon. At next junction, turn Left onto the B4100 to Warmington.
On approaching Banbury, go straight over 2 roundabouts.
At Traffic Lights turn Right onto the A422 and then as above from Drayton School.
